Bailey won a First Place Gold Medal at the Southern Vermont USASA Boardercross 4 at Bromley Ski and Snowboard Resort, Vermont on January 30, 2011.
A classic Vermont ski resort must offer variety. From dyed-in-the-wool experts to which-end-is-up tyros, Bromley has the ski and snowboard terrain you crave to carve. Their East Side bristles with bumps and steeps, a la the true Black Diamonds, Havoc, Pabst Panic and Stargazer. Upper and Lower Twister, straight down the mountain’s front face, will thrill and challenge intermediate skiers and riders, while Run Around, which winds its way down and around the more forgiving West Side, will positively enthrall beginners. Freestyle skiers and snowboarders can feel the love, too, because they just added two new parks – they’ve got four, all told – Bonanza Park and the Exhibition Terrain Park.
